Non Exec Workshops
In 2013 First Flight has held three Non Exec Workshops on January, February & March - all of which were over subscribed; our next one will be held on Thursday October 10th.
First Flight believes that Non Execs should have fewer roles so they can spend more time on the roles they have, enabling them to be more effective. We are strong advocates of broadening the Non Exec gene pool (less roles per Non Exec means more Non Execs are required) so we run regular Non-Executive Director Learning Workshops.
It is very beneficial for those seeking their first Non Exec role to attend. It is also useful to have this on your CV when looking for Non Exec roles. As our Workshops are quite intense they are also ideal for Non Execs who have just got their first role.
